The current CMAC Lease is for 25 years commencing 20 October 2006.

Lease purpose clause (clause 4a) states "to use the land for an outdoor recreation facility LIMITED to model aviation/aero modelling". Lease restrictions no-dogs clause (clause 4e) states that "no dogs be allowed to enter the premises"

The first version of the CMAC Risk Assessment document was prepared for CASA in 2009 when CMAC was developing the new field layout. The document provided assurance that, as a club, we were serious about safety, and could demonstrate that.

An updated CMAC Risk Assessment was prepared and submitted to CASA in 2018.
